The framework can be used as a stand alone tool for predicting required leadership capability and for recommending leadership development options which will meet performance requirements. It can also be integrated with other human resources processes and strategies such as succession management and talent identification. It is designed to be flexible and easily customised to suit the specific circumstances and needs of individual agencies.
