AFAC Council
The AFAC Council is made up of the most senior representative of Emergency Service Member organisations. It meets twice a year and has overall control of the organisation through:
- Electing seven Directors of the Board (including President, Vice-President and Treasurer) to form the Board
- Confirming the organisations strategic direction
- Receiving annual reports on achievement of strategies and priorities
- Determining policy for the organisation
- Endorsing AFAC Positions
- Determining the annual membership fee
