An AFAC Position is an agreed statement of opinion, a way of viewing a matter, a stand. If a Position is approved there is an expectation member agencies will support it. Positions are developed by AFAC Groups and then endorsed by the AFAC Council. The AFAC Council consists of the most senior representative from each of its member agencies.
