As the industry increasingly focuses both knowledge innovation and research utilisation, the role of the Knowledge Management Network (KMN) continues to expand. At the recent teleconference the Network discussed how knowledge management strategies are influencing projects at an agency level, and how Network members in particular were approaching projects with a knowledge management lens in order to guide projects based on the learnings of the collective.
